This stainless steel cuts like a quality high carbon Aogami super steel. It has a refined minimalist design and a blade that is thinner than most other designs but this gives it a smooth cutting quality and is easier to sharpen.
Also, the blade has a curve where it meets the handle making it easy to choke up on the blade for fine cutting. The price is a super deal given the high quality.

This will become the go-to knife in your kitchen for “small projects”. It’s easy to handle and well balanced, but you’ll still want to keep a larger blade around for big cuts of meat.
Although the blade is made of stainless steel, but still it’s not 100% rust proof. We recommend you to rinse off fruit and vegetable juices along with other high acid foods as soon as you are finished using it. But if it gets rust stains, you can use a non-abrasive metal cleaner to remove them.
The blade holds its sharpness pretty well, but it’s better to regularly hone it to keep it sharp. If the blade no longer comes back to being sharp with honing, you can use a whetstone to apply a fresh edge to the blade.

It easily glides through sweet potatoes and chops greens without any bruising. Makes a ridiculously quick job of mincing an onion. Very sharp,not too light or too heavy.
If you aren’t going to treat it with respect, then it isn’t for you. If you put it in the dishwasher or let it bang around in the sink with other dirty dishes and utensils, it isn’t for you and you will end up in the emergency room getting stitches after blindly reaching into water with this knife – it is designed to cut and it will cut.
If you aren’t going to use the knife on a proper cutting surface, this knife isn’t for you. While the knife is supposedly made from stainless, it does scratch & stain rather easily.
